Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will hold recognised academic qualifications in business management and engineering from a reputable university, supported by a minimum of five years of experience in consulting, management or engineering roles. The ideal candidate can demonstrate analytical rigour, clear communication, and the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.

Travel and Work-Life Balance

Consulting assignments may require occasional domestic or international travel, depending on client and project needs. Engagements can range from short term to longer term placements. However we actively manage travel requirements to minimise disruption and support sustainable work life balance, as we recognise that work life balance is essential for delivering consistently high quality outcomes for our clients.
