For large-scale, capital-intensive, technologically advanced, and high-risk projects, Project Boards require independent assessments that these projects comply with regulatory, internal, and investment standards to ensure success. 

While project teams handle day-to-day monitoring, control, and risk management of projects; and Project Boards oversee risk management; we offer Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services that pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities that may be overlooked by those closely involved in the project.

Our Project Assurance services provide independent ongoing validation of the project, in terms of the cost and benefits, that the users requirements will be met, and that the project is delivering the right solution and not just any solution. Our services include:

• Business Assurance: Ensuring the cost-benefit ratio is maintained throughout the project's implementation phases.

• User Assurance: Confirming that the design meets user needs and that the system will function as intended.

• Technical Assurance: Verifying that the system adheres to performance specifications and relevant standards. This includes:
  • Reviewing Design and and As-Built project documentation;
  • Evaluating Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test & Evaluation Programs (TEP), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), System Integration Tests (SIT), and Commissioning Tests, including Technical and Operational Acceptance Tests, Facility Service Tests, and Terminal Configuration Tests.

• Risk Assurance: Ensuring all risks are identified and that unmitigated risks are minimized.
